Mr. Whalen has nine years of professional experience working on hazardous waste remediation projects. Serving as the project geologist, Mr. Whalen has a diverse skill-set including remedial investigations and implementation of remedial actions. Mr. Whalen has experience working on a large variety of site settings, including UST Cleanup Fund sites, refineries and fuel terminals, chlorinated solvent sites, Department of Defense facilities, and chemical manufacturing facilities. Tasks typically performed by Mr. Whalen include preparation of technical documents such as site assessment work plans, investigation results reports, monitoring reports, feasibility studies, and closure reports.
